Workplace Wellbeing

Organisations thrive when their people do.

I offer confidential, short-term coaching and counselling for international employees that is proactive, contextually informed and tailored to their unique needs. Whether their challenges are personal or work-related, the focus is the same: developing awareness, strengthening internal and external resources, and restoring a sense of agency.

Preventive, not reactive

Supporting employee wellbeing means more than having something in place for when things go wrong. My approach emphasises early intervention and prevention. When people feel seen, resourced and supported before challenges escalate, the benefits show up everywhere: in engagement, performance, retention, and the simple fact of having employees who are genuinely well, not just functional.

Culturally-informed support

International employees often face challenges that go unnoticed in standard wellbeing provision, including struggles with cultural adjustment, limited support networks, working in a second or third language, questions of identity and belonging, and juggling the pressure to perform while building a life in a new country. Effective support needs to be culturally sensitive, contextually informed, and tailored to them - not a generic offering applied to a unique situation.

Working together

Each organisation is different. Support can be tailored to the needs of your workforce, whether through confidential employee wellbeing sessions, workshops, or broader preventative initiatives.
